During my recent stay at Hotel Katerina Sarayi, I was delighted to experience not only the rich history of Kars but also the culinary delights offered at the hotel. Our mornings began with a sumptuous breakfast spread that catered to all tastes, including buffet, à la carte, and halal options. It was a wonderful way to start the day before exploring the historical district.One evening, we decided to dine at the hotel's restaurant, Kristal Lokantasi, which was conveniently located just a short walk away. The ambiance was cozy, and the menu offered a fusion of traditional Turkish flavors with a modern twist. I opted for the signature dish, a delectable Cag Kebap that was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The attentive service from the staff added to the overall dining experience. The 24-hour front desk and room service were a boon, ensuring that all our needs were promptly met. The complimentary WiFi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected with my research even while on vacation.Hotel Katerina Sarayi seamlessly blends comfort, history, and gastronomic delights, making it a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable experience in Kars.
